I know that may be hard for some of you to take. But they are insidious, evil little things that act all cute and small and everything.

last night i made some golden buttermilk cupcakes with cream cheese icing. The batter looked great and they baked up quite well, but I think they’re a tad bit dry personally. How does one fix that? I think it has something to do with the flour as well as wet ingrediants. but it’s not like they don’t taste good! thankfully, rob is able to take them to his office to get rid of them…and I also have a six year old boy who can put them away as well!
